Co-op Students
C-CORE places a priority on providing undergraduate students with valuable opportunities for hands-on training and practical experience. Our strategic alliance with Memorial University of Newfoundland and other Canadian universities allows C-CORE to play an important role in preparing students to enter the workforce. We employ about 50 co-op students every year, primarily from the faculties of Engineering and Applied Science, and Business Administration.
Students work in almost all areas of our organization, including intelligent systems, remote sensing, geotechnical engineering, ice engineering, marketing and accounting. Co-op students play a contributing role in the projects to which they are assigned by bringing the latest knowledge and developments from the classroom to the private sector.
